Refund & cancellation policy

In short: all payments are non-refundable. Payment is due as listed on your invoice, and final files are delivered once your invoice is paid in full. I'll always work with you on revisions and rescheduling instead.

Payment

Payment terms and due dates are listed on your invoice. Final, watermark-free files are delivered once your invoice is paid in full. All payments are non-refundable.

Revisions instead of refunds

Every package includes one round of revisions. If something isn't quite right, let me know within 7 days of receiving your preview and I'll make adjustments within the original creative brief. Changes to the concept, script or product after filming may be quoted as additional work.

Cancellations

• Before filming: you may cancel at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable, since they cover the date reserved for you and planning already completed.
• After filming: the full project fee is due, because the work has been completed.

Rescheduling

Life happens! You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Additional reschedules, or changes with less notice, may require a rebooking fee.

If I need to reschedule

If illness or an emergency prevents me from filming, I'll reschedule at the earliest date that works for you. If we can't find a new date, any payments for work not yet started will be refunded.

PR packages & gifted products

Products sent as gifts or PR packages are not returned, and a post is not guaranteed unless it's part of a paid agreement.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to me directly with any concern before contacting your bank. Opening a chargeback on a completed service may result in the usage license for that content being revoked.
